I can’t recommend Reece highly enough. From the very first session, Reece took the time to really listen and understand my injury and goals. His approach is professional, friendly, and completely personalised – every exercise and treatment plan felt tailored to me rather than a ‘one size fits all’. I’ve seen huge improvements not only in my recovery but also in my overall strength, confidence, and mobility. The sessions are motivating and Reece explains everything clearly, which gave me a lot of reassurance. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares, has great knowledge, and goes the extra mile to help you recover and perform at your best, this is the place to go.

I first went to see Reece with knee pain that I thought was caused by hiking, but he quickly identified that the real issue was muscle weakness in my glutes. Rather than just treating the symptoms, Reece took the time to understand the root cause and put together a tailored plan to address it. Over the past couple of months, we’ve been working on improving my form, muscle activation and building strength and I’ve already noticed a huge improvement. There’s still some work to do, but I’ve been really impressed with his approach. Having seen other physios previously who only focused on short term fixes, I really appreciate Reece’s attention to detail and commitment to long term results. He’s thorough, knowledgeable and genuinely cares. I couldn’t recommend Reece enough, whether you’re dealing with a minor niggle or a more persistent issue, you’d be in excellent hands!

Reece is quite simply brilliant. Not only is he a highly qualified, experienced and knowledgeable physio, he's genuinely great to get to know. That combination makes for a fantastic injury specialist that I would recommend to anyone.

I suffered a full Achilles rupture playing football at the end of March. Reece has been instrumental in my rehab - since about 15 weeks post surgery (when I could walk without crutches). After 6/7 weeks of gradual and progressive gym work, I am now walking comfortably without a limp, able to walk at a fast pace - close to jogging. Which has meant I am now back to work as a full-time football coach. Which I was expecting to be out for a lot longer! Not only is Reece well educated and knowledgeable in this field, he's very approachable and always takes the time to explain the “why” behind each exercise, which has really helped me stay motivated and confident throughout my recovery. He pushes you at the right pace, never rushing, but never letting you get complacent either. I can’t recommend Reece highly enough for anyone needing rehab support. His expertise and encouragement have made a huge difference in my recovery, and I feel in safe hands as I continue working towards full fitness.

I've been working with Reece since September 2024 , having had long standing hip pain due to arthritis. In particular I was finding climbing stairs extremely painful and thinking I would be needing a hip replacement sooner rather than later. Shortly after starting with Reece, I stopped taking co-codamol at night for pain - and found I slept better and had much less brain fog. Now, in May 2025, I am able to do so much more and stairs are no longer a problem . My balance , stability and strength are all so much better and I'm walking more than Ive done in years. I still have some arthritis but its not limiting me now and I'm certainly not planning any hip replacements! The photo is of the box in the gym I can now repeatedly step up on reliably on my "bad" leg with good enough balance. Reece has taken things slowly and carefully with me so I've never felt pushed beyond what I can do but have been consistently challenged . I wouldn't have believed the improvement I've had was possible this time last year

Reece is professional, caring and very knowledgeable - he has made a big difference to my recovery. I came to him with a serious knee injury after rupturing my ACL skiing. I had three weeks of prehab with Reece, strengthening and mobilising my knee prior to reconstructive surgery. He knew exactly how far to push me, whilst managing the injury carefully. He also helped talk through and prepare for surgery. I am now five weeks into rehab with Reece, starting to walk again after months on crutches. Along with assisted stretches and deep tissue massage, we’re making use of the well equipped gym. Tailored to my needs, sessions are intense but always enjoyable - I feel like I’ll come out fitter and stronger than before my injury.

Before I started with Reece I struggled with completing a full 18 hole round without feeling any stiffness or pain in my lower back. After working with Reece for the last few months my golf game has improved and it has also helped my everyday activities. I can’t recommend enough.

3 months ago I was a 74 year old at my wits end with recurring lower back pain. Having had a poor experience with Chiropractors Reece was recommended to me as part of a tailored exercise and massage programme. His treatment has been excellent and, combined with regular PT sessions, has lead to a huge improvement in my mobility and restored my general positivity. He is a good conversationalist and creates a pleasant treatment atmosphere, fully recommended by me.

Testimonials

Client’s Feedback

“Reece has been a big part of our recovery days, whereby our players undertake soft tissue, active recovery, cryotherapy and yoga. Over the season Reece spent with us, he was able to perform modalities such as soft tissue, cupping, Winback Therapy and provide support during gym rehabilitation. Reece quickly grew in confidence and his soft tissue skills were well regarded by the first team players. This was evident from the player’s positive feedback.”

James Starmore- Sheffield Wednesday 1st team Physiotherapist

“I have been seeing Reece for my injuries since he first qualified and he has gone above and beyond with his treatments of my previous injuries. He has made sure the treatments I have received have been up to date and will research the latest techniques to make sure I am receiving the optimal therapy, so I can continue to train and coach my athletes.”

Matt Sanderson- Triathlon Coaching UK Director

“Due to Reece’s qualifications he has a wider understanding of the anatomy and muscular system so he is able to not only treat and rehabilitate, but advise on injury prevention. I have known Reece for a number of years, and he helps me in on and off season triathlons.”

Mark Jones- Triathlete

“I had a hip replacement in October 2023. I was disappointed with the service I received through the NHS so turned to Reece. Reece has helped me rehab my hip to the point where I can move and walk without pain. He has also helped me with long-standing back and shoulder tightness. Reece is professional and works alongside my personal trainer to help get the best results.”

Barry Clayton

“Throughout his academic course and clinic duties Reece demonstrated excellent knowledge and application of therapeutic skills. He was also always commended in his conduct and capabilities with external placement providers.”

Ieuan Cranswick- Senior Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University

“Reece has been working with me recently to get on top of a couple of long standing areas of restriction that have been limiting my ability to move the way I’d like to in my golf swing.

He’s taken the time to work with me to understand the range of motion I’ve been trying to create. His hands on soft tissue treatment along with guidance on rehab exercises has made a huge difference to how my body feels day to day.

I’m no longer feeling beaten up after playing golf or completing a training session and I also know that when I see Reece I’m in good hands as his level of professionalism is second to none.”

Jon Hodgkinson- Golf Fitness Ltd Director

I’ve kept up with the program and is already helping me so much. I almost have no pain now and my range of movement is so much better even prior to injury.

Ryan Tomlinson

“I was experiencing discomfort in my back, neck, and shoulders, as well as general stiffness. After working with Reece, the discomfort in these areas has almost completely disappeared! Reece has also helped me with my mobility and flexibility through specific exercises and movements tailored to my needs. His service is friendly, personable, and focused on addressing my specific problems.”
